Architecture and Brand Marketing, the art of pre-selling real estate before it has been built. These examples reflect the detail and authenticity of their respective locations and moods. Designed for the empowerment of the sales force, these architecture stills and animations were designed to show the client what their vision intended to portray. I was the Creative Director for Focus 360 responsible for the development of the art department to hit new levels of quality and maturity with our projects. I introduced a more theatrical approach, an emotional context to portray these environments. It was a nice change of pace for me there, different from the production crunch time that is so evident in Hollywood and yet it was a real challenge to show architecture with feeling and emotion. I feel very fortunate to have been associated with the Utopia luxury project. Utopia is the name of a luxury residential ocean liner designed for those who value and appreciate world travel mixed with the comfort of home. Imagine your own home aboard the world's most luxurious ship participating in worlds' cultural and athletic events.
